Make Art Wednesday: Suminagashi Marbling
Join us Wednesday, June 7th for Suminagashi Marbling. Classes are approximately 30 minutes long. This is a FREE event and all ages are welcome.Patty Grass of Green Heron Book Arts, will be teaching a class on Suminagashi Marbling. Suminagashi means “floating ink.” Ink is carefully dropped with a brush onto water and then blown across to form delicate swirls suggestive of tree rings, topographical maps, waves and landscapes.
After you have finished your class stop by A Framer's Touch for a complimentary mat board to display your artwork.
Meet & Greet with Suzi's Lavender
Suzi’s Lavender is an all-natural skin & body care line that started as a family tradition of healing and has grown into a beloved and trusted local brand.
Join us May 30th to meet the woman behind the magic. Suzi will be on hand for a Q&A and product demonstrations, as well as debuting her new products. Come Meet Suzi, ask questions, and find the product that will meet your needs.
Complimentary light snacks and refreshments will be available, as well as wine for purchase by the glass.

Tea Bag Pop-Up Exhibit

A Framer's Touch invites the community to the opening reception of our Tea Bag Art Exhibit.
Sixty pieces of Tea Bag artwork will be on display, created by both professionals and hobbyist from the greater Portland area.
Any media has been welcomed, including fabric, paint, collage, drawing and so much more.
Several of the artists will be on hand for the event and lite snacks and refreshments will be available.
The exhibit will be on display at A Framer's Touch from May 6th - June 3rd
Sip Shop & Stroll
Come Sip, Shop & Stroll with us!
We invite the community to come out and enjoy a fun filled afternoon in downtown Forest Grove. Ten downtown businesses will be hosting a pre-Valentine’s Day, Sip, Shop and Stroll event. All participating businesses are located within 2 blocks, and will be providing fun, free incentives to shop!

2021 4th Annual Festival of Ornaments
Not even 2021 can stop the annual Festival of Ornaments at A Framer’s Touch!
Special extended hours on Friday the 12th, 10am - 8pm
Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 5pm
Enjoy original art while picking up some special decorations. We have a large selection of ornaments from local artists and Old World Christmas, with over 2,000 in stock!
This year you will again find limited edition 2021 themed ornaments, including Vaccinated Santa and masked Snowmen. We’ve learned to appreciate our health as well as our time with loved ones this year, so why not commemorate that?
Covid-19 protocols will be observed, please physically distance and wear a mask.
Paint and Sip
Learn how to paint a beautiful watercolor birds nest as we savor these last days of warm weather. Our local Featured artist Lieta Gratteri will guide you through a relaxing watercolor painting tutorial. Wine and Refreshments will be available.
