Make Art Wednesday: Suminagashi Marbling

Join us Wednesday, June 7th for Suminagashi Marbling. Classes are approximately 30 minutes long. This is a FREE event and all ages are welcome.

Patty Grass of Green Heron Book Arts, will be teaching a class on Suminagashi Marbling. Suminagashi means “floating ink.” Ink is carefully dropped with a brush onto water and then blown across to form delicate swirls suggestive of tree rings, topographical maps, waves and landscapes.

After you have finished your class stop by A Framer's Touch for a complimentary mat board to display your artwork.
