A Framer’s Touch invites the community to welcome Featured Artist Carolyn Cosgriff. Carolyn is a local mixed media artist who specializes in painting, drawing, and collage. Carolyn creates her pieces using everything from recycled wrapping paper, to fancy art paper, to scraps she finds on the street. Her collection is bright and colorful and filled with bold patterns and textures.

Make Art Wednesday: Make a Book

Join us TODAY, Wednesday, August 2nd for Book Making! Classes are approximately 30 minutes long. This is a FREE event and all ages are welcome.

Patty Grass of Green Heron Book Arts will be teaching participants how to make a Drum Leaf Book. A Framer’s Touch has provided the mat boards to create a hardback cover for your book and you will leave with you own unique creation.

August 5 - Special performance by Centro Cultural's Ballet Folklorico Group at 6 PM

Know Before You Go:

- Concerts take place at C-Ramp Recreation Area

- Chairs and picnic blankets are welcome. Please leave your umbrellas, tents and canopies at home to provide the best view of the stage for all

- Picnics welcome. Food and beverage vendors will start serving at 5 PM

- Concerts are free! Parking pass is required. Daily passes ($7) are available at entrance fee booth (cash or credit) or machine at C-Ramp (credit only)

- Enter our giveaway at the Parks Info Booth!

- Kayak/Paddleboard rentals open from 10:30 AM - 8 PM

- No fireworks -- we're surrounded by forest land
